Friggete la cipolla, lo spicchio d\u2019aglio e le verdure finch\u00e9 non sono morbide, all\u2019 incirca 5 minuti. Trasferite il tutto in un robot da cucina o nel bimby e frullatelo con i fagioli (o ceci), le salse, i liquidi, le spezie e il sale finch\u00e9 non sono amalgamati, ma deve rimanere grossolano. Aggiungete l\u2019ingrediente che da struttura al composto e l\u2019ingrediente di base asciutto e frullatelo di nuovo. Formate delle polpette della misura di una pallina di golf (saranno circa 18 pezzi) e appiattitele formando degli \u2018hamburger\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Scaldate 2 cucchiai di olio EVO su fuoco medio.
